About Orlando Children's Museum

About the Project

Orlando Children’s Museum is a public-facing project of Central Florida Children’s Museum, Inc., a registered nonprofit working to bring a world-class cultural and educational institution to Central Florida.

The museum is currently in the planning and fundraising phase, with a projected opening in 2030. Once built, it will be the largest children’s museum in the state, offering interactive exhibits focused on Florida’s nature, culture, science, and innovation.

Why It Matters

Orlando Children’s Museum will provide:

  • Hands-on learning experiences for children ages 2–16

  • A hub for Florida-based art, science, history, and sustainability

  • School partnerships, sensory-friendly programming, and field trip access

  • Economic impact through job creation and tourism uplift

Donate to Help Build the Vision

Your early support helps lay the foundation for a landmark cultural institution. At this stage, we have no paid staff — every dollar goes directly to development, planning, and preparation. Your donation brings us one step closer to building a place where curiosity, creativity, and community come together.

Invest in Wonder

Your early support helps lay the foundation for a landmark cultural destination dedicated to Florida’s children and families. Every dollar goes directly toward planning, design, and development—bringing us one step closer to making this museum a reality.
